Thank you for your interest in this Return Policy. This policy applies to all products purchased from and must be read in line with our Terms and Conditions.

"Product" or "TAVO" refers to the TAVO v1.0 next-generation alarm sold on only. 

We are confident that you love our products, however in the event that you would like to return your product, please follow the processes set out below.

Before you request or arrange return, please read the below information carefully. You may Return any Delivered product you have purchased within 60 days of receipt, for any reason (including if you simply change your mind).

To do so you must notify us in writing via email or post within 60 days of receiving the product. If you are returning your product for any reason, except if damaged, you must pay the costs of returning your product to us.

We will not accept Returns if the TAVO has been damaged, forced open, altered or by customizing the TAVO in any way that could be deemed as you are using or treating the TAVO as your own.

While in your possession, you must keep any product you intend to Return to us unused and in good condition. Products must be Returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

Care must be taken to ensure the Return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts, if any, in transit. A Returned product which cannot be re-sold as new due to them being opened, damaged or showing wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the Refund given.

Our standard returns policy for TAVO bought is 30 days of purchase and to qualify for a full refund the

Product must be:
• in its original packaging,
• in a re-sellable condition,
• complete and as purchased,
• accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, and
• returned to us within 60 days from receiving the product.

At TAVO Sleep, we provide a limited warranty for all products and our warranty covers any defects in materials, software or workmanship (“Manufacturer’s Defect”) for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. This means that we will repair or replace (at our discretion, with an identical or reasonably equivalent style), free of charge including shipping costs, any component that our service team finds to be a Manufacturer’s Defect.

What is not covered by this warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover or apply to:
• Normal wear and tear,
• Accident, abuse, neglect,
• Blows, shocks, crushing, improper use or storage,
• Incidental and consequential damages,
• Straps, bands, other than metal bracelets,
• Tampering, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and of course
• Loss or theft.

How do we handle claims?
Within 14 days of submission of your request (please provide us with your proof of purchase), we will evaluate your request and advise if our service team finds that the damage is covered under our warranty.

If it is determined that your product has a Manufacturer’s Defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

TAVO Sleep has sole discretion to determine Manufacturer’s Defects. Warranty claims are processed
and replaced free of charge. All shipments for Services Covered by Warranty are free of charge. If
there is no Manufacturing Defect, this limited warranty does not apply, and you will receive an e-mail
stating the cost for replacing your TAVO Sleep. You may decide at your discretion whether to accept
the offer.
